Recently i had accident on 12th july 2017; as i always prefer i took my car to nearest spectra service station for repair job. The car was damaged from behind so while giving, i have specifically ask mr. Ramchandran kesvan that check for water leakage through tail lights.in between 12 to 27, i have reminded same thing (Water leakage possibility) at least thrice to mr. Ramchandran.
On 27th july 2017, after receiving confirmation from mr. Ramchandra, i went to service station to pick up the car. While taking delivery i have noted following things -
1. The exhaust pipe is dangling behind as the rubber cork is not fitted properly.
2. The number plate light housing was broken.
3. There was water around spare wheel.
While problem 1 & 2 taken care immediately, for water ram told me it is due to washing.
Day 3, on 29th july i found there is severe leakage through right side tail light. On enquiring my ram told me that he will sent technician to pick up car on monday and refused to pass the call to his manager mr. Pankaj.
I am very unhappy with kind of services provided to me and seriously thinking to switch the brand if this is the way maruti is handling the customers. Was this information helpful? |
