Maruti Suzuki India — received wrong test drive message pool

I have rec. Message from hp-msildl
"thank you for taking the test drive. Your test drive in completed."
I have rec. Call from maruti executive for test drive. But then i deny him for any type of test drive.
So, if i did not take any test drive so how it possible they push above message on my number.
