Maruti Suzuki India — Refund of cancellation online booking

Dear sir

I’m Sachin Vaman Kamble from Nashik District in Maharashtra state and this is complaint sent to you because as on date 9th Oct 2020 I had Online booking of Maruti Suzuki Ertiga VXI CNG to Seva Automotive Ltd, MIDC, Nashik, Maharashtra.

do booking online through by your website www.marutisuzuki.com and also paid booking amount rupees is 11000 rs as on date 9th Oct 2020 and this is my online payment reference no [protected] / web reference no WEB[protected] / and this is vehicle enquiry no ENQ20005641 . and but my booking vehicle is not available on this date and also they have say to me please keep waiting for the next 4 months. It's means that they have delivering to me of next year 2021 as on date month Feb-2021. but I can't hold and can`t waiting for this Vichel.
That`s why our reason my family take other decisions and changed plans for other things from this problem. so

I kindly and humbly requested you to please give me Refund Amount of 11000 rs from your idler account and I hope so you gave me a positive response . and

I also Attached the online booking receipt and also screen short of online booking Cancellation details for Ertiga VXI CNG Vehicle.
