Hello all,
I am writing this complaint with atmost disappointment. I have pre-booked new dzire vxi AGS Magma Grey Color on 8th June 2017 based on the committment from the dealer that it will be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks from the date of booking. I have booked my car at Kiran Motors Pvt Ltd., Adajan, Surat.
New dzire launched by mid of may2017 and the dealer promised to deliver by 2nd week of July 2017but from then on, i have been waiting and almost everyday i used to call the dealer and ask about the status. I have already waited for more than two months and still dealer is not giving any confirmation they are asking us to go for another color.They said that they do not have Magma Grey color in stock and they are also not giving me a date by which my Car will be delivered.
I have already taken loan for the car from the bank.I have to pay interest for that inspite I have not get delivery of my car.My question is, in what basics maruthi initiated the pre-booking with the committment of 6 to 8 weeks. They do not follow any ethics on their business. What is the penalty on missing the committment? Howcome they can take the customers as granted.
Like to know in detail and for that matter i am ready to put a case against dealer for compensation.
