This is your information, I have serviced my car Maruti Ertiga vdi hybrid (WB12AV8112) at your authorised service centre Bhandari Automobiles, Salap, Howrah on 27th August 2022.
Kindly note I have purchased said car on 12th October 2018 and same under my ownership since then and has been getting service at your authorised service and regular service interval as p set guideline pursuant with your company service manual.
To my utmost surprise I was finding difficulty engaging gears while I was on my way 2a destination by Durgapur express and eventually the gearbox was found malfunctioning while the car was in motion on highway on 4th October 2022. I I tried to call Maruti 24 hours road service but invain.
Later it was found on inspection, the gearbox was damaged probably due to lack of gear oil and the oil chamber nut was loose, not tight well.
It is pertinent to know that my car is not set as old to have this kind of gearbox issues especially within 36 days of servicing from your authorised service centre.
I reported this matter service advisor of Bhandari automobiles, Salap, Howrah on 6th October 2022 because o[censored]pto 5th October the service centre was closed due to Durgapuja festival.
Then I complained Bhandari Automobiles by phone.
I sought an appropriate explanation from your side with regard to this constitutional infirmity attributable to the alleged negligent serving which has caused immense inconvenience and endangered my life and my family.
