I Mrs. Dr. Gayathri left the vehicle Maruti (Ignis Delta Petl) KL-22-L-7961 to Indus Motors, Vempalavattom, Anayara, Trivandrum-695029. on 10.12.2021 Job Card no JC 21006977 and again on 16.12.2021. Customer ID [protected]. My Vehicle with registration number KL-22-L-7961, is under warranty for 5 years including extended warranty. I went for service with complaints where my steering is not turning properly. It gets stuck while turning which is a major dangerous issue.
The service center asked me to submit the vehicle for checking the steering tight issue and they said they need to change one part as it is showing some complaints. After changing that part the steering tightness was not rectified and again they wanted to swap the steering box with one which is used for demo cars in the showroom but again could not rectify the problem and after checking that they where not able to trace the issue and for that they kept my car in the service center for 3 days and they finally agreed to order the spare for changing the steering column under warranty and in between because of their fault another part got defected due to which the airbag was not functional for my car on asking the service advisor they said they again need to order the second part also for warranty (COIL SWITCH), but they where out of spare and asked me to wait for a week, and they made me wait for 3 weeks and I had to drive my vehicle with non functional airbags till now. The service advisor never ever calls me to update on the spare arrival and every time I had to call and ask them for the update of my warranty spare.
The issue is very serious. I am using the vehicle in this condition. If any accident happens the Service Centre will be held responsible.
