Pathetic service from my car indore We got very bad experience to buy a car (wagonr vxi) from my car indore. They are not solving my problems and every time when rush to thier office, they give me new surprises like two days before I called them for the status of car RTO REGISTRATION. One of the company's customer service person told me that your RTO PROCESS did not complete because of you did not paid interest/penalty rs. 1500 by the way of late payment fees. What is late payment fess you are charging from me? Your DSE (MR. HARSHIT CHOUBEY) IS NOT answerig my call and provide all details so, from where I will get proper information? He is very irresponsible person of your company. I have some following issues:- 1. If the full amount not paid by us, so why have you handed over the car to us. After delivery of car you did not done RTO Registration Process and said my full amount is unpaid. 2. As per the policy of RTO authority every car should be completed RTO registration within a week So why did you not filled RTO FORMALITY. .it has completed more than 2 months. I had told you that I will get registered the car for RTO by myself only but you told that sorry madam your registration process and insurance are almost done. I said ok NO problem. After I would GET to know, you did not filled RTO process. You have taken all money for registration but you did not complete it till now. 3 . When we were interested to buy a car you have called me so many times but a after purchasing car your DSE (mr. Harshit choubey) is not attending my calls. And if I call to your office, your manager (mr. Sumeet rathore) tells me to call only DSE, the DSE will answer your all queries. tell who is responsible person in your office? 4. For just only rs.1500, you are not filling RTO registration, this is my major concern, I told them I will pay all interest/penalty but you have to provide me a written letter in which it is mentioned that you charging 1500 rs. By the way of interest/late payment fees. First time I purchased a car with very bad experience. solve all issues and RTO process. Otherwise I will complaint to RTO authority for not completing RTO registration of car on time in spite of this we made all payment to you. I will also complaint to consumer court for your unethical acts. You have taken responsibility for completing all legal formalities of the car so why are not performing your job?
