Maruti Suzuki India — rusting of ciaz car

Respected sir,

I wish to inform you that, its a heart breaking situation that the ciaz rs car which i bought on year 2016, is in a condition where its rusting completely shown rusting in door sides and door handles visibles rusting in door handles and its increasing vigorously in visible areas.
The paricular rusting started or get to notice in 2018 in which we had shown to the service centre manager of sarathy service centre in kerala. But there response was its not civered under warranty and they had mailed thesame to the maruti company so we were waiting for response, 2 years that in 2018 it started rusting even now also its rusting vigorously we seriously feel bad even after buying the top most model of company at that time we feel disappointed.in the last year service also they told we cant do anything.

Seriously we are in a situation were we need justice, its such a way that we are being cheated the sales person and advertisement state that the vehicle is having the best build quality and we trusted them but this rusting even a normal paint which apply on iron pipe wont get rusted like this in 2 years. Then i dont know how it got rusted in 2 years. Its my mistake that i never complaint to consumer courts in 2 years because i trusted the service centre and waiting for response but now after 4 years its rusting vigorously and they are telling they are helpless, so i need a solution for the same.

Kindly help me.. This car was my dream and now its in this situation and dont know till another 1 year it will withstand or not.

Im not looking for a discount for repainting. I need a complete solution since the rusting of the from inside that to in this era of years after 2015 is really a question to the build quality.
