rusting of ciaz car

Respected sir,

I wish to inform you that, its a heart breaking situation that the ciaz rs car which i bought on year 2016, is in a condition where its rusting completely shown rusting in door sides and door handles visibles rusting in door handles and its increasing vigorously in visible areas.
The paricular rusting started or get to notice in 2018 in which we had shown to the service centre manager of sarathy service...

Be Aware*
I had given my Maruti Swift Desire car, VXI AMT to AAA Maruti Authorized Service Centre at Okhla[protected]. My car had gone for a regular servicing (i.e. oil change, filter change & the usual cleaning) I received my car in the evening & paid them their dues at the same time. When i drove my car i was surprised at the way the car was moving, there was alot of drag (as if am driving with the hand break) there was no pickup in the car & the acceleration too was so hard that i could feel it on my knees. In spite of complaining about my cars condition there was a very cold response from the service centre (AAA), so eventually they took my car again for a whole day[protected] & when i drove after the 2nd visit, the car was still having issues like the car was jerking as in like a miss fire & the AC too got some serious issues, its not cooling the car.
Had a visit again from AAA team[protected] but they could not understand or resolve the issue & they left. I received a call from their supervisor who was handling my case saying that some senior level person will be coming to check the problem but he will come after a weeks time n not before that. No one turned up as expected, I also complained at the MUL toll free number to lodge a complaint, so i got a call again from AAA regarding my car & saud they wanted to take the car again for the problems i complained for. They took the car & drove the vehicle 80 kms & they left the car at my residence in the evening & gave the keys to my guard without informing me or calling me. My car is still in same condition rather its getting more worse. I would request you all that one should not give their car for servicing or repairs to AAA service centre at Okhla Phase 1. They are the most unprofessional, inefficient, incompetent & negligent service experts. I would take this matter to higher authorities @ MUL & try and get the dealership canceled of AAA or get them penalize for the same.
I had paid the servicing charges and also my fuel was used all these while & in return i still got a problematic car after all this.

    I went to purchase vehical, baleno delta on march 21, at time of delivery dealer has not given any documents, such as tr, insurance and sales invoice by dealer, as my loan has sanctioned on march 21, so i got call from axisbank executive as loan has sanctioned on march 21, he asked for delivery of vehicle date, so i replied if possible today i can take delivery today. So axisbank executive called dealer about to do the process of delivery.
    I have paid check of rs 2, 65, 915 to dealer. But dealer failed to give tr, insurance and sales invoice on the delivery time.
    As later dealer made tr, insurance on may -18-2020, unfortunately my vehicle met with accident on may -19 -2020.
    But again dealer has misguided customer and told sbi surveyor false statement as my vehicle was purchased on may 18, instead of march - 21-2020. So due to this false statement from dealer and misguide to customer to say as delivery date as may18. Later to surveyor i told that the vehicle was purchased on march-21-2020, and submitted the delivery proof. And advisor ashok of pavan motors has changed my claim orginal form and put fake claim form with help sbi officer from hyderabad mr. Suresh. So due to this not handover of documents on delivery time by dealer by sbi insurance rejected. Estimation was 1, 50, 000. So customer inspite of paying downpayment and disbusrment of loan amount to dealer is suffering mentally and financially for vehicle to be repaired. Its nearly four months my vehicle is kept in pavan motors body shop, nalgonda as it is.
    Please feel pain of customer and try humanity based natural justice.

        I am olivia sara thomas, owner of suzuki access 125 limited edition. I have a complaint regarding the indicator of the vehicle since the day i bought it. Now its only been a year. I made several options to overcome this problem, but not yet resolved. The vehicle indicator will not respond after exposure to rain, so that i couldn't make signal while driving when rainy. I suffered so many problems due this -

        * not be able to drive confidently.
        * not be able to follow traffic rules, because the
        Switch of signal is not responding.
        * and also it's a serious threat to human life which
        Couldn't be replaced or substituted

        I think it's not the problem of the delivery centre, but the problem of manufacturing itself. Its my new vehicle, only one year and five months. So that please consider my situation as i travel it for my academic needs and give necessary compensation for such a great fault

          I have been associated with maruti suzuki for the last nine years.
          And i currently have a wagonr vxi model.
          The details of its registration, chassis and engine number are as follows.

          I have been taking insurance policy from maruti suzuki authorised dealer
          (Kiran motors, puna kumbharia road, surat) every year.
          Regarding updating the policy online, i contacted mr. Bhadreshbhai pancholi
          Working in the insurance department of kiran motors by phone and text message frequently.
          But to this day my problem has not been solved by them.
          My policy details are as follows.

          I have a good experience with maruti company. But this kind of behavior by the dealer shows

            This is with reference to the concern raised by you for your vehicle maruti vitara brezza bearing registration number hr29as7507.

            We have gone through the details of vehicle, which are as follows:
            Date of sale : 22-dec-18
            Current mileage (Till 30 august 2020) : 41, 527 kms

            At the outset, kindly accept our gratitude for being associated with the maruti-suzuki products and we are sure that it will continue for even more. We value our customers as an integral part of maruti-suzuki family and are always keen to serve them at the best.

            Based on your concern with paint, the vehicle was thoroughly inspected at workshop m/s pasco automobile, faridabad on 8-september-2020. After thorough inspection and analysis it was observed that the color fading or patched is due to external source/reasons depending on the conditions to which it was exposed and not due to any manufacturing defect or abnormality. No warranty/extended warranty is applicable for such repair/repainting also.

            For more information, kindly refer owner’s manual and service booklet for terms & conditions of maruti suzuki warranty policy (Attached here within) - point (4) limitation: this warranty shall not apply to: clauses (L) any damage or deterioration caused by industrial pollution and bird droppings. (M) insignificant defects which do not affect the function of the vehicle including without limitation, sound, vibration and fluid seep.

            Also, same i not covered under extended warranty. May refer point number 3. I) paintwork, bodywork and mouldings, water entry into the vehicle, corrosion of body parts, glass, mirrors (Inner & outer), lock cylinder & key & interior trims.

            Firstly please correct and update regn no. Hr 29 as 7507.

            Secondly, i have already visited twice.

            Why again and again harassment to visit?

            Who will pay for the fuel of visits?

            Who will compensate for the time?

            After the confirmation from the service center i have visited, in hope for solution. Nor i have purchased this maruti product to send for repair or for your experiments to inspect again and again in your workshop.

            After so much cooperation from your entire team now i feel cheated as i am just harassed from all the inconvenience faced to me from last 1 week. I will not spare my vehicle now for any inspection. Already 2 times inspection has been done at the authorised service center as requested by your team.

            If still you want to have a inspection you can visit at my doorstep on monday anytime.

            Request you to please stop wasting our time anymore and provide a reliable solution for the same. I don’t want my vehicle to be repainted in 1.5 years because of bad quality of paint used.

            I believe you are incompetent against the quality standards and raising my concerned to designated authorities.

            Request your kind attention to escalate this matter to the concerned to the concerned team for a speedy escalation process and take care the grievances which helps in saving the image of maruti suzuki in market.

            Dear maruti suzuki team,
            I have vitara brezza 2019 registered car.
            After 6 months i have noticed that color of my car is acrylic white which is now having a tone of black color.
            I have complained the same to my authorized center also but i haven't found any satisfactory solution for the same and
            It has been found there is some problem particularly with the acrylic white in color.
            They said after some time, it will have a black tone in paint,
            The color quality of swift white acrylic is different from brezza acrylic color quality.
            Now after 1.5 years, the color is now vanished from the corners, i have shown the same to the authorized service center on 30/08/2020
            Which also admit now manufacturing defect within 2 years and now asking for re paint.
            I don't have any complain with my authorized service center but i have a big problem with the quality of paint work company have done particularly with this batch or model.
            I don't want this problem to arise again after 6 months and want a reliable solution for the same.
            I feel cheated as after repaint, car originality and re sale will be decreased.

            I want this problem to be escalated to the concerned.in hope this issue will be forwarded to the concerned and solution expected for the same.

              I have purchase ignis 2019 petrol model. Now i have already driven 11200km there is a big issue in my car's stearing. After taking a turn my car stearing is not returning to the centre. I have already visited to workshop but then said its normal in ignis model bt when i drove the new model its stearing is smooth and returning to the centre after the turn. Please suggest me what shall i do??

                Dear sir,

                I am writing to express my utter dissatisfaction with quality of service offered to me at your mulund service center located near shastri nagar, opposite highland park.

                My car before servicing was working fine and was in proper shape with no dent on the roof top. It had no issues whatsoever. I was billed rs. 60, 000/- of which 35k was paid by insurance company. But after leaving from service center, my car is failing to pick up and yellow engine light keeps blinking on the screen. My seat, dashboard, steering, brake paddle etc all are vibrating strongly. I also noticed dent on the rooftop and immediately reported to your executive on job. My speakers have deep scratches and the car is in a pathetic condition. All of this i noticed after leaving from your service centre. The person who attended was mr. Deepak who has no sense of talking to customers and i left bitter experience. He was rude as well as non cooperative. I even have recorded his dealing with me where he says once you leave our service centre and again the problem arises we are not responsible. This left me in total agony as i always trusted maruti suzuki brand service is world class.

                My model is wagonr lxi cng and car chassis no is ma3edwe1s00588994.

                Please find enclosed herewith the images for your reference. Request you to resolve my problem. If not, i will escalate this to higher authorities and take this battle on twitter, consumer forum and other social media sites.

                    I purchased a wagorr from ktl maruti, kamla nagar, gt road, agra on 10 may 2019 against exchange of my swift vdi having no. Up80cd1368.

                    True value sold that car to another person without providing noc. Later on swift vdi met with an accident in which 1 person expired due to accident while car was on my name till that time.

                    So, spouse & their children raise a compensation of rs. 2800000 against death due to accident. As till that time i was the owner as per registration of car hence i also got notice from mainpuri court against same.

                    So, i hired an advocate to get the ws from court while there is not my fault in that accident. Just because of noc non availability i got involved in this accident.

                    I'm being mentally harassed by ktl pvt. Ltd. & maruti true value just because of careless in noc.

                    So, i also need compensation of harassment & to settle this court case

                    So, look into matter & arrange to compensate me as well. I'll be forced to go to consumer court & print/ social media in absense of compensation.

                    Still court case is going on don't know how many days it will take in decision.

                      Dear sir,
                      there is fault in newly purchased access bs6 march 2020. It doesn't start most of the time, when it get started with several manual kicks it stops anytime in between. This may result in accident / dangerous situation. Request to take this matter seriously and replace my vehicle mh-01-dq-7821 immediately within 1 week to avoid consequential losses/ damages.

                      I have visited service centre 3 times and was send back with irrelevant solutions like warm the vehicle, accelerate it before riding, use manual kicks for some time, etc which is ridiculous.

                      It is my humble request to take this matter as special case to avoid further escalation.

                          This is anil singh. I have purchased maruti breeza vxi on 16th june 2020 from ranamotors safdarjung enclave. When the paper was getting finalized i have repeatedly told your sales guys not to give me bharti axa insurance because i had very bad feedback about them but your sales executive somehow convinced me and gave me that policy. I don't have any problem with your sales person because he is the one who always answers my call if i have any clarification (Mr. Sanjay lal).
                          I am explaining to you what exactly i faced the problem on friday when i was going to the office i met with a minor accident where my back light of the car got broken and there was some short of dent. I called your accessories manager mr. Vipin hira to check how much it cost to replace the light but he was clueless and told me i am providing you mr. Dinesh no. Somehow after my three four call reminders he send me the no of mr. Dinesh who is the useless guy in your system. I called him to check the price and availability of the product. He answered my first call saying he will get back to me in 10-15 min. He didn't call me back. I dropped him a whats app message and he didn't bother to reply to that. I called several times to understand how to claim the policy of insurance. Your insurance guy mr. Bansal is so unprofessional he doesn't even know how to talk with the customer.
                          Now, please tell me that have i made the biggest mistake trusting your brand? How my problem is going to get resolved please suggest because it's a newly purchased car and your staff believe that they have done favour to me. I will take this issue on social media and even on consumer forums.

                                Hi there,

                                This is to bring in to your notice that i am calling continuously for my car - dl3c bl 9166. I have been told that do has been completed and still i have to chase the advisor every now and then and still there is no call from mssd. I was also told yesterday that i will get a call from reception, however till now no show.

                                This kind of service is not appreciated at all. Its not giving any good impression, if you check the records i was regularly visiting mssd for my every service or for any other things in the past, however after my last incident i stopped visiting mssd naraina. This time i again thought to give it a chance and say what the service still is unacceptable.

                                How do you think you will be able to attain any good customer response for this.

                                  I purchased a wagon R vxi in last November and is under warranty including extended warranty. Now i would like to install infotainment system and got a quote from the dealer. But i found the price is very high compared to the market rate. Is there any option available so that i can purchase the accessory and get is fitted by your service department without disturbing the warranty conditions.

                                    My car (Dl12cr3209, maruti dzire - 2019, delta model) which got damaged in a accident in delhi, was taken to tr sawhney (Mayapuri, service center).

                                    Initially it was suggested that the vehicle will take 10 days. This condition was agreed by me. The repair costed almost inr. 29, ooo which included (Front bumper repair, lhs fender repair, dicky new, rear bumper new, both qtr panel repair).

                                    The car was delivered after 14 days on 19/august/2020. To my surprise the level of service was already not upto the mark and this was notified to service workshop personals. It was claimed that the car had been thoroughly cleaned but later they themselves confirmed that it had not been cleaned.

                                    Most importantly the roof top of the car seems to be completely painted which had never been damaged in the accident.

                                    The second day, it was raining heavily in delhi and the complete bootspace of my dzire got filled with water, damaging the rear seat, mat in the boot, and spare tyre, rusting on the rear panel of the bootspace are a few points. Also the complete rubbing material/ compound is scattered all over the car. It seems other vehicle standing next to my car in the workshop had undergone a painting job and the compound is scattered all over my car.

                                    Photoas had been attached to this complaint.

                                    Today mayapuri service center (Tr sawhney) had again collected the car from my home with no clear timelines when it will be delivered.

                                    A small job which requires fixing of bootspace and rear bum[per is a 14 day job for maruti service professionals. There was no quality checks by quality manager, workshop manager before delivering the vehicle.

                                    The basic jobs included denting, painting and cleaning and at all 03 levels tr sawhney (Mayapuri workshop) failed miserably to perform the job.

                                    Amazingly received a call from TR Sawhney Motors (mayapuri Workshop), stating a driver and technician will come to pick your vehicle and bring it to workshop.

                                    NO CONTACT DETAILS, NAME OF PERSON WHO IS COMING HAD BEEN SHARED WITH ME.

                                    MOST IMPORTANTLY THE PERSON WHO CAME WAS NOT IN MARUTI UNIFORM, WITHOUT ANY COMPANY ID CARD.

                                    IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE A UNKNOWN PERSON ASKS FOR TE CAR KEYS STATING HE IS FROM MARUTI WITHOUT ANY I'D CARD, UNIFORM.

                                    Either Maruti is least bothered on Quality of Service or TR Sawhney is taking things for granted knowingly he is a authorized Maruti Dealer.

                                    is maruti or tr sawhney falling short of funds to generate a i'd card or provide uniform to staff.
                                    I visited mayapuri maruti service centre Delhi, there I met Vinod the service advisor and submitted my left side damaged car. I did not receive any calls after submitting my car from my service advisor to update me. He made false promises regarding date and time for delivering the vehicle. I visited them on 5th November 2020 to collect my car after confirming on phone but they informed me at workshop i have to wait another 2 hours, this is impossible for me to wait 2 hours during my office hours. I asked gatekeeper for sanitizer so santize my hands his reply was khatam ho gaye hai ladka gaya hai lene I mean seriusly in this pendemic situation where 100's of people visit your workshop daily you do not have single sanitizer for the. A bad bad experience in terms of customer handeling for sure. Maruti please look into this.
