Updated by JAY COMPUTERS I purchased a new car from maruti suzuki .
1) Taken from Kharghar on 9-7-2022.
2) On[protected] I sent the car to the service center in Kharghar for service.
3) The driver came to collect the car from my house. He checked the car completely. Photographs of the car were taken. And took the car to the service center.
4) Brought the car at 5 in the evening. While I was looking at the car, I realized why the car was scratched, I immediately showed it to the driver. Say that sir let's go to the service center. I went to the service center. The car was shown and the manager who was there at that time said, Sir, our main manager is not there today. They will come tomorrow and give you a reply.
5) I emailed at night. WhatsApped. I did not get any kind of positive response.
6) I called Amjad Shaikh in the morning at 12.15 pm. Sir, what is the solution for this now?
1)Managers are there and don't know how to talk to customers.
Strong foul language. I talk to you, you come to the service center, threaten. So does Maruti have Don people?
2) Why do we send cars to authorized service centers? as faith. My car was taken for 15 days. Should I use a Repaint Car now?
If I wanted to use a repaint car, I would have bought a second hand car.
