Maruti Suzuki India — Service and product quality | |||||
Dear sir, I buy a car of maruti suzuki swift on[protected] but from the date of purchasing i am complaining all the times to the service centre for mistake in the car. Around 4-5 times i take the car to the service centre but the problem is that my car is in service centre from last 5 days with a mistake and every time service centre executive tell me that it will take more one day. I also send the complain to the maruti head office also but no response from there. If maruti is not solving my problem i want to claim on maruti with mental harrased with change of my car.
