Maruti Suzuki India — Service /Manufacturing defect | |||
Sir, I having Swift LXi 2015 modelwith the registration nember(TN38CA8835), i serviced my car though authorized service centers only. Last month 13.11.2016 i serviced in Aadhi cars, Kotagiri, after the service i received many issues and already filed a complaint in Maruthi Suzuki through toll free number the service adviser came and apologized. The AC is suddenly not working in my car last week, i take my car to Aadhi Maruthi to resolve the problem the service engineer named Mr.Babu showed that the pipe line from the AC compressor is damaged and the location of the radiator is not in position and the radiator was wrongly fitted /Installed by manufacturing defect or by JKS Maruthi Suzuki coimbatore because the done the body works on 23-Jun-2016 and 08-Apr-2016, after that there is no body works done.I informed to JKS Maruthi coimbatore but there is no reply from their side i folllowed by the last week .
