1) The Motor generator unit which has been changed in the last service (25/11/2021) is not working. Vehicle number TS08GK4413. It has been changed twice since from the vehicle purchased, but it is failed again. SHVS is not working. kindly resolve the issue.
2) I observed an abnormal noise from the wheels, even I have raised a complaint in the year-2020, but the service person managed to shoot the blame on tyres. Now I have changed my car tyres with new tyres but still the abnormal noise is present and it leads to unpleasant in the cabin.
Later on I have serviced recently my car at SABOO RKS motors, They Identified that the root cause for the unusual sound is due to left rare wheel hub assay damage - this was happened at 22000kms and resolved at 50, 000 Kms, the issue was resolved but why this was not identified earlier it self? car quality is very poor, MSIL is selling faulty cars.
Here I request to initiate complete investigation and pay back my damages.
With name Extended warranty MSIL is collected about 20000Rs, however they are not providing any warranty.
