With grief i am writing this email to maruti suzuki, i am loyal customer to suzuki with high expectations and with high hopes, recently i purchased a maruti vitara brezza vehicle however from the beginning i had a steering issue which i raised in many forums, however without any conclusive results. Whenever i take the vehicle to the service centre the workshop manager will be buffing me stating that the steering is fine and there is no problem with it, in point of fact the vehicle pulls to once side as well as the steering gets dragged to once side without returning to it original position.

For days i have been spending lot of time and money in resolving the issue however without any outcome. Risking myself as well as people on the roads.

I am mentally irking through these problems,
