Maruti Suzuki India — substandard service | |||||
I am a 15 year long user of maruti car, presently using celerio lxi, on 10/10/18 i went for a routine service to my nearest mas maruti link at salt lake where i used go for last 15 years. When they returned my car i found that the interior was not at all cleaned, as i am very particular about cleaning it was clearly visible to me. I informed the staffs as mr chakraborty left for lunch. Someone again call the cleaning person and tried to make up the situation. They only sprayed some polishing aerosol at the dashboard which was not required. Very much disappointed about the service quality, even doubt the cleaning of engine/ac filter/plugs as it is not possible for me to supervise every work personally. Feeling sad...
