Maruti Suzuki India — suzuki ignis - power steering not returning to its original position

Address:Kattupakkam, Chennai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600095

I have purchase suzuki ignis 1.2mt at nexa in chennai on 22nd october 2018.
Very seconday itself i have face issue with steering. Its not returning to its original position after turning to some radius. (Even after pickup) its struck's at same position which i turned. I have raised complaint to service center. They said wait for 1st service. Because it may be tight.
But after servicing the vehicle also same issue continues. I have raised same complaint after 1 service. After completing second service also same issue i'm facing. (Almost i have driven 9000kms). If i ask the service center, they saying that this is common with all the ignis vehicles (If so how can sell the vehicles with this problem). I have given the vehicle for same issue on 4/4/2019 to the service center at kattupakkam chennai. Todays date is 9-4-2019. Still my car is in service center only.
They are trying to convince me by saying all the ignis has same style. With out solving the issue. Just they want to close the call. Not the steering problem. But i have stricly said will not take the car without getting solved.
(They said their territory manager also said the same to convince me)

But this not fare, to give car without solving it. So please help me out for solving this issue. Anybody has this issue also please let me know.
The company has to take action and solve the issue.

Thanks

Ignis power steering is not return to center just after turn stuck have to manually center the stearing. Company said after 3 service it will become fine. I driven 12000 km but still problem is same. Why company sold cars with defective stearing. Now new ignis have the new updated stearing which is coming to center. Company is instead solving defective stearing started giving excuses so that people frustrate and stop complaining and become habits with this staring defect. My question is that only if this was not problem then why new ignis has updated stearing wheel coming to center. Maruti sold defective stearing and just because of india people not much aware of their rights this kind of companies taking advantage and making money.
