1. I bought my Suzuki Intruder 155 in 2019 from Sodhi Auto Sonipat Haryana - 131001but just few days later I had observed noise in handle bar and I visited to showroom and they just tight handle bar but the problem doesn't resolved and again I visited showroom and they didn't do anything meaningful and the scenario continues for a year and once 1 year completed, they told me Cone set is broken and charged for this and after part replacement issue was resolved but again after a month same issue start coming and suzuki mechanic told me this defect won't get resolved due to defect in product and I reported this to Suzuki customer care and they assured me to get this resolved and I had visited again to the service centre and they demand part price from and I denied to pay and return back without resolving issue and then after few months I paid for the part replacement but after 10 days again noise start coming and still this is unresolved.
2. After 1 year of bike purchase, I faced huge noise issue from chain set, when I report this problem at the time of bike servicing they just tight the chain and problem remains same and this complain process continue to 3-4 times but in last they asked me to change chain set and after part replacement as well still issue remains same and I am just fed up with Sodhi Auto service and I won't buy any product of suzuki in future whether it is two wheeler or 4 wheeler.
