    I Pritesh Gujarathi, I have queries about My Baleno Zeta Model Apolo Tyre, I have to found 8 Inner Edge Puncture’s in Left Rear Tyre on 27/08/2022.

    Not only that day, from last month I weekly are spending so much money on the same tyre because of 2-3 punctured every other day.

    I requesting to you please notice this for replacement because this is life-threatening and safety is our priority.

      Hi,
      Complainant had buyed Baleno Alpha from Maruti Suzuki India "Nexa" in year 2017 but unfortunately, since than i am facing repeated issue of Sticking of Power Steering and after many follow-up and complaint, the workshop has already replaced the defective part of steering, causing this issues for two time but every time i.e. within a year or so the same problem starts again and increases day by day.
      This time once again after a year of replacement of the defective part, the same problem has started once again and may cause accident due to steering Sticking issue while turning from left to right (Major issue) and right to left (Minor issue).

      Kindly resolve the issue on priority otherwise in case of any accident due to this technical glitch in Baleno, manufacturer will be solely responsible.

        So, I told you that now I have no interst to buy Maruti Suzuki car..I choose another brand car and I fixed my decision..you please told your executive they behave yourself otherwise you lost lot of customer..

          I have bought Suzuki access 125 from Maa Suzuki Koh ae Fiza Bhopal and after around 8 to 9 months of the service and the battery of the bike was creating problem and I went to the showroom and get it checked, they told me to replace the battery and took my battery and told me that come after 7 to 10 days and they will replace the battery and I have been calling them since then that there is no response from the showroom and the showroom manager is constantly telling me that they are going to replace the battery within two or three days. Its been 15 days since the person has been telling me that the battery will be exchange after two days when I call to the Suzuki complain department of the company they told me that they can’t do anything .They are just wasting my time.

            I booked a Brezza Vxi, White, Metallic on 19/7/20222 In DD Motor, Delhi. At the booking time Mr Amit (Sale person) assured me, DD Motor will deliver the car by 20/08/2022. When I followed him from time to time on calls and WhatsApp, I didn't get any proper answer or reply from him. On 19/08/22, I called him and asked for delivery. He replied in a very arrogant way and they can't deliver cars on 20/8/22. Asked me to cancel my booking.

            When I complained to Mr Trun, his Team Lead. He offered me 1st ZDI+ but I denied, then he offered me a Red color car, but booked white color need White only. He asked me to wait for 3-4 day, new inventory will come from Maruti. Also called to DD CCM Meena Nath for update. Still, I am following up with the DD motor, but not getting any proper answer or reply,

              Actually I booked a car on 11th of June and waiting period was of 30 days but due to delay in delivery I registered a complaint on 12th Aug with complaint no [protected]. I called the customer care on 30th just to get any update but to my surprise they told me that the complaint has been closed .
              Now my concern is why no resolution has been provided for the complaint made earlier and even after making me waiting for 20days now the customer care executive has registered another complaint. Now how much more time is maruti going to take to provide resolution for the complaint and is their any authority who is going to provide details how compaint got closed without providing information to the registered customer.

                  Complaint against maruti and thier pet alliance Universal Sompo -

                  1) Surveyor on what basis claiming that my damage is OLD and Accumulated one. Please share earlier images to prove the same, as all my services are done in an Authorised service centre and all the images have been taken every time services/ body work are being done - by the dealer as all the time cars are collected from my home. Could not also find the Surveyor in the Payroll of the company, so have not marked him.

                  2) Policy attached, no where it is mentioned, how many days old claims can't be given, sharing of general basic guidelines is missing in policy, if same is in boldly mentioned, why should I delay in submitting my car, as my car is very frequently used, it has ran only 20000 km in 6 years.

                  3) Premier needs to prove that damages are not old, which Mr. Soumen Dutta had missed while raising the claim, how come Sompo is telling damages are old, that should be handled by him and not me. He has failed in his duties and created a bad image of the Premier.

                  4) Delay in response, as my CAR was accepted by Premier on 17th Morning, tll Yesterday was Mr. Somen Dutta Sleeping or Surveyor sleeping.

                  5) Maruti Dealer's keep on cross selling 3M Anti-Corrosion Treatments package, but the accumulated one might be referred by surveyor is the same. ie. Rusting at bottom of Car at right hand might be same.

                  Accident details :-

                  Accident happened on 14th August 22, where the right side from start till end car got damaged.
                  Right side front door and back door scratch till back body. In same event front door lock got damaged, same lock is not opening from outside, bumper black color rubber also fell at site of accident, front right bumper, broke out. How come this is OLD and accumulated, surveyor is Overconfident but he has no proof.

                  Accident happened with a two wheeler, which hit on the right side, and eventually the left side also damaged at the bottom of the left front gate, where it collided with a triricksaw, a lot of damage happened.

                  On 4th of August, car collided with the divider and bottom portion, below the front gate. And because of continuous rainfall rusting happened, and from inside maximum rusting was very old, but outside there was no rusting. Inside rusting has happened because of a Poor Quality product by maruti or 3M Anti-Corrosion Treatments was not done at the Service centre.

                  Why Maruti has to be dependent on 3rd Party, like 3M car Detailing to protect their product. Also why no action has been taken by the dealer/ service centre, if something is getting accumulated as per Surveyor.

                  Premier or Sompo needs to provide evidence and proof to reject my claim. Its a combined fault of both, as my car was never serviced outside service centre, same can be tracked in Maruti server.

                  Mr. Soumen Dutta needs to write more effective and mature mails, with evidence. As he is now in court of IRDA and a case already filed in consumer forum. Next will be the legal approach by monday.

                    I have purchased Baleno Delta petrol variant in Nov-2016 Registration Number-DL8CAP1685, after few days i have observed there is some issue in brakes, and it was escalated to Krish Motors Wazirpur and they informed me brake system was defective and they replaced it free of cost, now the main issue is from last 1 year i am observing Steering is very hard not working properly.
                    I have visited Competent motors-Dwarka Maitiala Delhi, and service advisor confirms me that issue is in steering column, which costs around 46-50 K,
                    as you know the amount is very high, so i searched about this issue in google and came to know that there was manufacturing defect in steering column and one circular is also issued for the same with the affected Chassis numbers of vehicle. I checked my vehicle Chassis number it is in the list and also mentioned if the vehicle is out of warranty, then it will be replaced by service center/dealership in goodwill, this is also apply on labour charges, so i asked Competent motors to replace this part for free of cost.

                    The first reply (After so many days) from Competent they will give me 50% discount, and when i again asked him that this is a known issue they told me it will be done on chargeable basis only. (No response from anyone, didn't receive single call from Maruti/nexa guys.

                    Also i have joined Baleno Facebook Group, where 90% people confirms they faced same issue and after replacement it got resolved.

                    Nexa representative is saying your car is out of warranty, but they didn't reply to my question- My Car is only 28 or 29k driven, is Maruti/Nexa is manufacturing a very low quality parts which life is not more than 4-5 years, waaow we have invest our hard earned money, to this worst car?
                    All Services are done from Maruti Authorised Service center, but now no one is taking responsibility neither Nexa not Maruti.

                    Escalate the issue on Twitter also and got revert every time, team will get in touch with you but no one called yet.

                    I need the vehicle to me rectified to standard driving conditions without any cost.
                    Maruti/Nexa has put lives of members of my family at risk with their faulty engineering standards. More so they have caused me harassment

                      My car was given for servicing on 29/06/2022, with a complaint to attend, of dashboard backlight lits continuously (ignition key out). At the time of delivery, because of bright daylight, it could not be made out. But at night it was noticed that the backlights were lit. Next day I visited the workshop and complained about it. I was told, I will be called soon after the availability of the required spare. I did not received any call, so I revisited, after waiting for few days. Again I was assured of call back, once the availability of the required spare to test. I have not received any call till now. Present status: I am abroad now, and the car is not starting, as the battery is drained because of continuously backlight lit.
                      What action/solution do "The Maruti Suzuki" have for this issue?

                        Complaint regarding slow response from Maruti

                        Good day. I had booked a Wagon R ZXI= 1.2L ISS AGS/Met. Magma Grey on 27th Mar'22. On booking, I was sent a message stating that the tentative waiting period is 18-20 weeks. From the date of my booking, 20 weeks is already over but still, I have not any clue as to when my car will be available for delivery and not a clear commitment or response from the Dealer. Each time they say we are working but not a commitment...

Ltd, Dariyagang, New Delhi PIN 110002 but the dealer not issued me Registration paper till date . I have contacted so many times on mobile but he is not giving satisfactory answer. Due to this I am afraid of challan of my vehicle. I have paid full amount of my vehicle but the dealer not issuing original and final registration paper. Kindly look in to the matter and instruct the dealer to issue me final registration paper.

                              I would like to highlight the service centre work done in the name of car service. We had several issues with our car related to services and we clearly mentioned those services to the service representative Mr. Akash of Magic Auto in which details involved; start stop switch issue needed to be replaced, gear oil change, issue with wipers etc.

                              But in the name of service, after 6 days that means 21 August, Magic Auto people...

                              It's been more than 5 months since I have filed this service complaint but no action has been taken yet :

                              I went to receive my Swift Zxi BR01CG3935 16/03/2022 after some service work and work of some accidental claim.

                              On checking, I found the car to be dirty and a roof light not working.The service manager got these done after confrontation while I waited.

                              I also found the car AC blower throwing water droplets which was not happening when I had given the car( The AC was specially checked throughout the test drive by Technician Rinku while I was in the car and he confirmed the AC to be absolutely okay).

                              PS: This Service sheet was also misplaced by Team and they tried to shift the blame for it on me.

                              On informing my service advisor Saurabh about it on the spot :

                              First he denied and said "Paani nai aa raha hai".

                              I had to run the AC for good 15 minutes and call few other people from the workshop and show water droplets on my had to convince him.

                              After this he said, "Washing kaa paani hai sir", khatam ho jaayega.

                              Not convinced, I waited there with the AC on and told him that this looks like some problem and not washing kaa paani and then he said " sir cooling karega toh paani toh aayega he".

                              I didnt know how to counter such senseless statements.

                              After furthur discussions, these service people said that they will get my car picked up the next day and resolve the issue and have it returned.

                              I left the workshop on that note, I called Saurabh- my Service advisor from the way also and told him it clearly doesn't look like water from washing as the AC blower is still discharging water,

                              On this he suddenly and very rudely started saying that you will be charged for AC servicing and it will not be done tomorrow etc etc,

                              On bringing this incident to the notice of the Service head - Brajesh Ji he said he will have the car picked up & checked the next day(17th May 2022) personally.

                              Inspite of a reminder call in the morning itself on 17th May, the car was not picked up.

                              On inquiring again, Brajesh ji made me talk to there GM who asked me to come along with the car after Holi and see personally.

                              I told him, I had already spent more than 4-5 hours for two days on this service & repair work.,

                              It is not possible for me to come to workshop again and again leaving my office.

                              On which he said we will open the AC infront of you & if it is dirty you will be charged for AC service.

                              Opening any old working machine would always have dust inside it, but I was not facing such issue when I gave the car and your technician also checked it, I said.

                              The GM adamantly said, it's not my fault.

                              I didnt know what to say.


                              I got various service jobs done simply on the words of the technicians completely trusting Maruti Service.

                              Whats the point of detailed test drive and check up of the car while giving the car?

                              Whats the point of so much documental formalities where you write everything of whats right and whats not and get it signed by us ?

                              Why should any get servicing done if my car's one problem is solved and another is deliberately raised?

                              Why should I be paying for some problem which was not prevalent in the Car while giving the car?

                              My family has been very old Maruti and Alankar Patna customers and have had some Maruti Car for years and we couldn't in our dreams expect such bad behavior and poor servicing ever.

                              We take this incident very personally as it feels like Fraud & Blackmail.

                              My car is still leaking water and I am still waiting for redressal.

                                I had sent my car for body repair work at manpada thane service centre. upon recieving the car, i noticed that my car has been driven 31 km despite my home being just 5km away from the centre. I had informed this to the Regional head as well as the workshop head and have not recieved a satisfactory explanation from their end. They say that car has been driven for parking purposes . This is an absolute shame on MS brand that they use and give foolish explanations. How is 20km for parking purpose justified?

                                  A month ago i given service for engine work.. I have been charged Rs20000, it was not working properly, not comfortable driving too. Middle of driving gets engine off, two times i was about to met accident because in the middle of the road engine gets off.. So many times complaint after one month they took for service and i been charged another Rs 2247.. Then also same problem.. Now they are telling we are helpless.. They collected extra Rs 2247... No bills given.. I have prrof of transactions details.. Total I spender arond Rs 25000..

                                    I Have booked a new Breeza ZXi AT Dual tone red and black in the month of 10 July 2022, from then no response from Varun Motors - Maruti Suzuki Car Dealer (Service Center, ECIL), whenever i called them saying it will deliver soon almost near to 2 months . when the time booking they told it will deliver in 15 days . false commitment .because of there false commitment i have sold my old car and facing problems to travel.

                                    i have contacted maruthi customer care and email to [protected]@maruti.co.in from my gmail id .Shiva.[protected]@gmail.com. but no response

                                    if you cannot deliver on time please dont give false commitment .
                                    hope Maruti team will respond atleast here .
