Please help! I was given a classy treatment at wonder car service point chinchwad when i serviced my car for 20, 000 km, well trained advisor vaibhav.
Later, for 40000 km i received a call from pune camp wonder car division, stating it needs filter change and 40, 000 km servicing. With agreeing to service it under 40, 000 kms the car was taken at 11 am on saturday and then returned at 4pm same day stating the car doesnt need any servicing and was billed 2880.
Soon the next very month i received a call from the same front desk executive for servicing the car for 40000 kms, when confronted, she first hung up the phone and then when i asked for an escalation, i was told a reporting sr. Manager would call. Its been 2 weeks no one ever called or addressed my concern. When ever, i call for help, i am been transferred from one extn to another and then hung up.
Please can someone help, i need to service my vehicle for 40000 kms but not with the camp division and i really need help here.
