I am reaching out to you with regards to a recent experience in your Hennur Mandovi service center.
I have been a loyal customer of Maruti Suzuki & Mandovi from 2005. Started with Maruti 800 - KA 09 N 7136 & now owning a swift, gypsy & baleno. But with the recent experience, I am not positive of continuing my relationship.
Just to give a heads up on my situation, I received a call from your service center yesterday ( Jul 26th ) that my vehicle is due for service & there are some additional discounts available if I get it done today ( Jul 27th ). Promised Discount was some additional 1000/- reduction on the overall bill, 5% discount on spares & 10% discount on labour. But however when I was billed, there are no discounts given to me. I have attached the bill I received for your reference.
My only suggestion would be that stop promising customers about the discounts that you ideally do not offer. In my case, i am not looking at any discounts but an accurate service would be appreciated. I would have planned & serviced my vehicle as per my convenience but with the promised discount, I was made to rush for the service & later realized that there was no discounts listed in my bill as promised.
I am hoping that you will fix this issue & ensure the customers are not cheated. Otherwise you can run your business the way you feel is right but however I am not getting back to you in future which includes my other vehicles as well.
