Maruti Suzuki India — Swift vdi car issues | |||||
I have a swift car but i am very disappointed with my service provider ktl india pvt ltd. From the first day workshop create a problem in my car and change or lost my some parts in service center i have a paper from dealer service head who told me to give me a solution or shortout parts replace free of cost. Accident my car in work shop after re paint my car is look like a accidental. Second charge a biggest amount to service my car i have a billing of service parts and oil who is not a same prices for customer he gives a different prices in to owr customers and remove a billing after paid a billing.And parts charges is low then service charges .Cheat in parts cheat in total amount calculation. I have papers of ktl pvt ltd total amount calculation.i am contact with marutisuzuki company email address but company cannot give me any responce or reply cause my car is in 4 year extended warranty but i dnt like company service so want to return or cancelled my extended warranty my car is nor around 20 months old Was this information helpful? | |||||
