To whom it may concern It is to bring in your kind notice that my car Vitara Breeza CH 01-BK-3296 was having steering problem and sent in to service center yesterday as per the call by service station. They gave an estimate time of 3 hours maximum but till time I have received my car yet. No pick and drop facility was given as they promised me. In morning when I talked with GM about the status of my car he was very harsh and rude he said that fault was major that’s why delivery was delayed but they examined car yesterday but no such problem was detected . GM was overreacting and not bothering about the authorities. Even I asked about loaner car he straight refused to me and said no loaner car facility is available with us.
