[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki India — Tyre Burst Due to Bad Suspension and underinflation by MASS Service person

I Have Baleno car purchased on 30/11/2015 car is having tractor like susspension even on rcc roads, In every free service i tried to rais a complain about suspension but every time they refused that it's okay, In my third free service again raised suspension issue in resolution service person redused air pressure of tyre the car was serviced at 6414 kms and tyre cracked in side wall due to low air pressure at 6460 kms it's been more than 3 months no one looks after, even i complained to Nexa too they are closing complains without any kind of intimation and showing they are on dealers side. Current meter reading of my car is 6600 kms almost driven 150 kms on spare wheel, complain no- NX[protected] DT.15/03/2017 and again complained with complain no-NX[protected] still no response from company.
I Lost my tyre, apollo rejected warranty claim with the reason impact or under inflation, an average tyre should go around 40k kms minimum but mine cracked on 6414 kms . I tried to repair the puncture but still it's unable to hold air pressure it's non repairable puncture where on apollo site it shows tyre can be replaced if non repairable puncture but no one cares.
IT feel creepy after spending more than 8.5 lakhs for so called premium car with tractor like suspension and every time beg for services for which we have already paid mopney.
I want proper resolution as early as possible if they are not able to provide proper resolution i don't belive on their so called services and i want my money around 10k INR. of extended warranty certificate back and ready to submit warranty certificate back to Maruti Suzuki .
They do not give reply or resolution on calls mails tweeter or at any local service center.
And already they have given a lower rated tyre as a spare wheel other than mentioned in Car brochure I don't have any problem if they give steel rim as spare wheel but it shoud be of R16 as mentioned in Car specs Not Of R 15.

Still they had done nothing no calls, No mails Nothing they just ate my hardly earned money. complain is still pending no resolution.
