[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki India — vehicle registration delayed and unprofessional service | |||
I purchased suzuki access 125 on 18/10/2018 after several discussions on price with spare parts fixing & insurance hike. I had a very unpleasant experience pre & post purchase as mentioned below. 1) on payment day after final price confirmation (75000/- (Corporate), dealer has increased price to 80000/-, stating his ignorance of proper insurance hike price. After several negotiations with manager, price has been set to 76000/- with all spare parts fixing, 2) on offer, dealer was supposed to fill complete petrol tank after purchase. But due to insurance price negotiations, they only filled 1ltr petrol for transportation. 3) insurance copy was supposed to be provided by dealer upon completion of policy. Instead, i supposed to go the showroom to claim the same and get it. 4) biggest tragedy, after few months of waiting, for vehicle registration, i reached show room on 24//12/2018 to get the documents as i dont get proper response over phone. I was been awaited for few minutes and told, registration process has not been started and will be provided registration in 10 days. However showroom team also does not know the rto temperory registration upon which we can transit. Kindly take necessary strict action for my loss. Was this information helpful? | |||
