Hello team,
This is to inform you that my car hr 26bf9720, white swift, has been sent for car service, and it’s been picked from my home, near 9:30am on 12/11/2017 by the company agent.in the evening when we called, they said that car in not starting up, and they are checking, it was their duty to inform but still we called. Next day again we called for an update and they said, they are looking for the same. I then went to service center to check and was told that that during washing, something happend, and then it stopped working. Today 13/11/2017, again we called and they told that is being damaged and we have to pay near 20 k for this damage. This is not acceptable, car was in working condition and fault is at their end, so please check, as i need my car to be repaired at earliest. We don’t expect such service from
