Maruti Suzuki India — Worst delivery of authorised dealer | |||
Dear team, I have purchased the new car from rohan motors noida dated 7th oct 2016 and they committed to provide the rc and car no would be share with me within a month. Even i had followed up more than 100 times to rohan customer care and sales manager as well but still no progress and every time they are saying wait for next 2 or 3 days. My temporary no already expired last month. They didn't take seriously single complain or concern raised by customer. They delivered different car which have wrong chassis no and not matched with insurance and i corrected the same with lot of effort. This was very worst experience with rohan motors and maruti suzuki as well. They don't care about the customer relation even has a big brand.
