[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki India — Wrong billing by ACER Motors Jodimetla service center

With reference to Job card No JC21001232 Dated 11/11/2021 vide my car registration TS11EC2880, where the service center ACER Motors, near Jodimetla Warangal Highway Hyderabad has overcharged my repairs and added twice labor charges of Rs.1320 and also without intimation to me added intercooler charges of 369. This is totally not acceptable of charging labor charges twice in the invoice and making me to pay a total invoice amount of Rs.8830/- today. Later, i called to the workshop inch Dayakar and enquired why you have charged labor charges twice and also who asked to do intercooler cleaning at the time of dropping my vehicle in morning. The supervisor assured me that he will arrange a refund of 1320 by tomorrow through GPAY. I am wondering what are all these illegal way of workings by Service centers, the billing is totally manipulated and the service charges are made to pay by the customer twice and why such controls on billing is lapsed in such service centers. Please arrange refund to my account and also investigate this event happend with me today and take strict actions against the service center, in short i will be proceeding to the consumer court and providing all the evidences against such fradulent billing by service center charging excess amounts from the customers. Please arrange refund of both 1320 and 369 by tomorrow.

I got the refund from ACER Motors on 12th November after relentless follow ups, the GM has considered the request and paid back the excess amount. Thanks to Shri.Prasad GM Service ACER Motors Hyderabad.
