This is to bring to your kind notice that the Baleno Zeta model 2019 TS07GZ6634 that I have purchased has some serious issues related to its glass arrangement.
The glasses used in my car are of Delta model (which has plain glasses). My car was supposed to have tinted glasses as per the Zeta model.
This entire thing came into the limelight when one of my glasses got damaged and I took my car to the service centre in NEXA Service TR Sawhney Automobiles Gurgaon, sector 62.
This was confirmed by their GM Mr. Ajay and the staff. This entire case has been discussed in detail with Mr. Ajay, and since then I have been following up with him on the same. It’s been 14 days now that I haven’t got any response from them. They are simply making false promises and not working towards resolving the situation.
As a customer, I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible for I have paid full amount w.r.t the Zeta model. There’s no communication from their end and they are simply dragging the things.
This is how you cooperate with your customers? Seriously, I feel cheated at this point. Even when it is the fault of Maruti, they are expecting the customer to do everything. Was this information helpful? |
