Maruti Suzuki — inferear quality of windsheald glass supplied

I have been inherited from my father A Wegon-R Car. We have purchased it from KIRAN MOTERS SURAT. Since its purchase We did not more occasion to drive Car during night. Recently I found error in the windsheald of my car which is badly reflecting light of vehicle coming from front side. I have mentioned this problem to service provider i.e Ravirtana Moters Ankleshwar. But they relpied that warranty is over so co can not help. But, I question is... when wind shield glass which is fitted in my car is faulty from the very initial should be replaced if your opinion is in positive.
