I have taken my vehicle SWIFT LXi no. DL 9 CM 6626 for getting repaired Clutch Gear and routine service at MSSD NARAINA on 05.06.2014. But I am very much annoyed to know that my said vehicle's Clutch Gear is to be changed again. I don't know, how it is possible to change Clutch Gear within ten month, when the car run only 2000 kilometers. I changed my Clutch Gear in 25, August'2013 when the car's mileage was 8432 only. I changed the clutch gear after 7 & half years in August'2013. Now the vehicle's mileage is 10644 only. Moreover, the vehicle's such problem was also brought into the notice of the staff on MSSD NARAINA well before some months ago. When my vehicle got repaired in August'2013 I also brought this problem in the notice of the engineer also, who assured me that the vehicle will be O.K. in few days. But nothing changed since repaired. I am not satisfied with the justification service centre gave me for the fault. Actually my vehicle was not got repaired properly in 2013 and it is possible that the vehicle is replaced with defective Clutch Gear in 2013. Now again they raised a bill for Rs.12410/- for the fault actually done by the MSSD NARAINA. Kindly do favourable in this regard and unnecessary payment of such bill may be rectified.
