Problem with my car (JH05AS 1978) : gear not shifting from 3rd to 2nd.
Very Very poor response, the service centre manager is not ready to take any responsibility of commitment by Maruti. He is very rude shrewd and non cooperative. He says they(PEBCO) are running short of capacity, capability and manpower, they cannot give service on time. They are not at all concern about my requirement and will take their own sweet time to clear my vehicle and will charge whatever they feel like. They are asking Rs.2850 labour charge and Rs.3250 for rings. PEBCO is single in jamshedpur and is dictating its terms, the service manager and marketing are not at all committed to Maruti. They are taking it very very lightly. When we complained the same to marketing people (Mr Rupesh), he says "what can I do you settle with workshop, I have no concern after selling the vehicle". We have been believing on Maruti products from decades, this type of care and irresponsibility is not acceptable. I would request your intervention in this matter.
