I have booked SWIFT ZXI variant from Solamalai Automobiles Madurai (Ramanathapuram), in August last week, they said they did not have a stock and all the old swift production stopped, because of the facelift 2014 launch. After a long wait Swift Facelift launched in the last week of November, but the dealer has not delivered the car yet. when i approached them last week, they said they will refund the money. After i mentioned that, i will complain against the dealer to Maruti, they said they will deliver 2015 model Swift in the first week of January. I am wondering is that really possible to get 2015 model vehicle in the first week of January? or they try cheating me again? I am much worried and had a worst experience from the dealer. Please suggest, how to proceed further??
