Maruti Suzuki — Loss of key at the time of delivery

I have purchased Maruthi Alto 800 at Popular Vehicles, Calicut on[protected]. At the time of delivery I was given only one key with centre locking remote controller. As per my complaint another set of key was issued on[protected]. But there was no remote controller along with the new set of key. Repeated complaints were lodged before the dealer. but I didn't get a positive reply from them. One set of original key is still there as undelivered. The dealer couldn't help me to solve this issue. Also there is a chance for a theft of the vehicle. Hence I wanted to change the locking system of my car. Hope the Maruthi Udyog Limited will initiate to rectify the issue. Thanking you SUBITH.
