Maruti Suzuki Ltd. — Premature failure of Air Con. component after 20000km

A Star Car reg. TN 01 AM 8658 Purchased Kivraj Motors Chennai[protected] Air Con. evaporator and cooling fan failed in 20000 km, though after so called warranty. Failure which is premature indicates poor quality of parts which should have a life of about 15 years.My complaint to the Managing Director did not even result in a reply to the letter or reminder. Suzui Known for excellent quality is sliding down thereby destroying my confidence in Brand SUZUKI. Will I hear From suzuki or take them Consumer Court? Nithila Masilamani Mob.
