[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — Maruti is losing trust by making its customers suffer

Dear Maruti, I am writing this to you with a high disappointment, I am currently a Maruti user and never faced any issues till now in regards to the Maruti commitment's. But, I believe that Maruti is losing trust by making its customers suffer and disappoint them. Maruti is losing customer's by making false commitments, which is not a good sign in the competitive world. Please find the detail issue description: 1. I have booked a "Swift Dzire ZDI" on "02/05/2014" at Popular Maruti Chennai, please find the details below. Receipt No : REC14000622 Customer ID : [protected] Order/Inv No : SOB14000207 Model : MARUTI SWIFT DZIRE ZDI BS / Silky Silver While booking the car CC representative promised me to deliver the car in one week, but I have asked them deliver the car on "June 1st" as I was out of town for a while. Now I have my car loan ready and my bank is asking my permission to make a RTGS transfer to the dealers account, which I have kept on hold after hearing from the dealer that my car is not available now and they don't have any clue when they can deliver it. Dealer started giving me lame excuses that there is an issue with Swift Dzire for which maruti is testing the vehicles currently which is why deliveries are getting delayed, dealer also offered me different colors and lower models which I have refused. I would like to know if there is really any running issue with swift dzire then please inform me right away so that I will go ahead and cancel the car. And look for other better option in the market. 2. At the time of booking a car I was assured that there is a corporate bonus of Rs 1500 & Loyalty bonus of Rs 5000/6000 as I am already an owner of Maruti which later refused by the dealer but they promised to compensate in the accessories, for which I have no idea as I have lost a trust in Maruti now.
