I AM A MEMBER OF MARUTI FAMILY SINCE JULY 2011. SINCE I AM IN A TRANSFERABLE JOB I HAVE BEEN POSTED IN MANY STATES OF INDIA AND I HAVE TO GO ALONGWITH MY CAR. IN OTHER STATES I HAVE RECEIVED A WARM AND SATISFACTORY SERVICE AND RESPONSE IN INDIA EXCEPT IN ANDAMAN. WHEN I AM GOING FOR REGULAR SERVICE IN MARUTI WORKSHOP RESPONSE OF THE SERVICE ENGINEERS ARE VERY POOR. THEY ARE NOT EVEN AVAILABLE TO EXPLAIN THE AFTER SERVICE DETAILS AND SIMPLY DIRECTING TO BILLS DEPARTMENT FOR MAKING THE PAYMENTS. I AM NOT EVEN TOLD WHAT ALL ARE THE WORKS DONE IN MY CAR. SIMPLY I HAVE TO SETTLE THE BILL AND TAKE THE CAR OUT. NOT AWARE WHAT HAS BEEN DONE IN MY CAR WHETHER ALL THE ISSUES HAS BEEN RESOLVED OR NOT NO ONE AVAILABLE TO REPLY. AFTER 3-4 DAYS I USE TO RECEIVE A CALL WHETHER YOU ARE SATISFIED BY THE SERVICE DONE AT WORKSHOP TO JUST COMPLETE THE FORMALITIES. IT IS REALLY DISGUSTING. NOW I AM THINKING TO CHANGE THE CAR AND MAY SWITCH OVER TO SOME OTHER BRAND/COMPANY VERY SOON IF THE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE OF THE WORKSHOP NOT IMPROVED. Was this information helpful? |
