Maruti Suzuki — My Car is not getting start which is in with in the warranty

This is very very worst service from Maruti suzuki.I brought my car Maruti Ritz LDI on May 2013 and it is with in the warranty .Now my car is not getting start for that I have raised complaint.but no one is ready to take my car to workshop, I am not ready to pay the money because my vehicle is with in the warranty .
