[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — New car delivered with scratches fro ACE KUDALE CAR ,manjari showroom,Pune

Hello Sir, I had booked a car from ACE KUDALE CAR Manjari showroom situated in PUNE on 18th no.14 .my contact person is Mr. Avinash. I had signed on loan agreement on 25th nov.14.that time he promised me that he will deliver car with RTO receipt & number on 3th dec.14.then suddenly I got a call on 1nd dec.14 that he will deliver the car on 2rd dec.14 without number plate & RTO recipt. Some another person(Swapnil) is supposes to come for car delivary at my home on 2nd dec. 1 o clock.again I updated on 2nd dec. 14 that he will reach at my home at 4 o clock evening but he came vary late at 6.30 pm .that time I was about to go to hospital as my child Was not well. any how I had accepted the delivery & signed the documents by stating that I am not able to verify the condition of car regarding scratches or cleaning in night, I will send you pictures in mail if any issue is there & I am expecting that you will correct those issues .He also agreed that he will take care. unfortunately next day morning I had admitted my dauther to hospital as her condition is not improved & I was not able to verfy the vehicle next day morning .i had got chance to stick the L-Sticker on front & back bonut on Friday evening, then I noticed some scratches on co-driver side of bonut .then I verified the whole vehicle & I also found many light dirty spots on back doors inside.then I communicated the things to Avinash & Rajesh both .that day rajesh told me that he will reply on Monday (8th dec.14).I asked on Monday then he is telling we cant do anything after delivery of vehicle. its really paining me, I had spend a huge amount for new car and I got a defective Car looks like used car.some how I am having douts that he sold me either little older vehicle or used car. what should I do, I don’t know. please take the appropriate action so that they will not cheat the next customer who is having less knowledge of vehicle. I got the RTO Receipt & Number plate from showroom today(12th dec.14).you can find the attached picture of scratches & Vehicle detail in RTO Recipt.
