Dear Sir, I have bought a new Maruti Suzuki Ritz VDI last year. On first service its tyre get defective. After talking with service staff they proved and said I have go to the tyre dealer. I went to dealer then He also approved the problem and ask for time to solve the problem. But after that I went many times to Agency & service staff, but there is not any response about the same.
