Maruti Suzuki — no invoice n car reg. number given

i had purchased new car swift desire vxi on 30/03/2015 for that i had given 5000 adavce amount on 27/03/2015 for which i had recived the receipt no. 9183 but on 30/03/2015 i had made payment of rs 147015 and balance SBI finance rs. 5.5 lk . But till date i had not recived invoice copy and my new car RTO registartion number asking to you sale excuetive mr. brijesh tiwari employee of Sky Automobile raipur he is just not giving any resoponse . This make that m/s sky automobile Raipur might had given me Second Hand Car or Stolen car. please help to resolve problem or else i had to approache for consumer court regards subodh jain [protected]
