[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — NO REPAIR OF MY CAR MARUTI SX4 SINCE SEP 2014

1. MY CAR MARUTI SX4 REGN NO CH01 AD 7818 WAS AFFECTED IN FLOODS IN SRINAGAR(J&K) ON 07 SEP 2014. I WAS TYHE FIRST CUSTOMER TO GIVE MY CAR TO MARUTI SHOWROOM HIGHLAND AUTOMOBILES IN SRINAGAR(J&K) ON 18 SEP 2014. 2. DESPITE A LAPSE OF TWO AND A HALF MONTHS AND MY REPEATED REQUESTS TO THE DEALER AS WELL AS CUSTOMER CARE MARUTI, NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TO REPAIR MY CAR. 3. I HAVE NOW EVEN BEEN POSTED OUT FROM J&K TO JODHPUR(RAJASTHAN) AND NON AVAILABILTY OF CAR HAS RESULTED IN EXTRA EXPENDITURE OF APPROX RS 2, 00, 000/- ON MY DAILY CONVEYANCE BY MEANS OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT. 4. MAY I REQUEST MARUTI TO KINDLY ASSISST IN IMMEDIATE REPAIR OF MY CAR AND ITS DESPATCH TO MY NEW LOCATION ie JODHPUR ( RAJASTHAN). 5. NO RESPONSE AT THE END OF MARUTI WILL FORCE ME TO TAKE LEGAL ASSISSTANCE.
