Maruti Suzuki — Non delivery of celerio nor any information regarding availability of vehicle from sales representative

I have booked a celerio ZXI colour m Grey on 14.04.2015 on exchange of my Alto 800 thru your sales representative of Seva Automotive Nagpur. Initial booking amt was paid on 14.4.15. At the time of booking it was promised to deliver the vehicle by end of first week of May-15. On 7-8 May I have contacted sales representative asked him to tell me the position within a day or two and also requested him for early delivery of vehicle. From 8may onwards I have not received any communication or phone call atleast from your sales representative concerned till writing of this complaint at evening of 18.5.15. So no other alternative remained with me to tell my grievance to you thru complaint. Please advise me in the matter to decide me further in the matter.
