We have booked the Maruti Eartiga VDI Vechile in ABT Maruti Guindy - Chennai last month. Even banker released the funds last Tuesday. We have made entire payment including extra fittings charges. To cross verify we made call on Wednesday last week with Sales Executive whether I can change the color? He replied not possible as vechile is on the way to showroom from yard. So we tot vechile will be delivered on last Friday. but till now we didn't get the vechile. Sales executive say some story. Which is unrealistic.
