I purchased swift dezire vxi on 22 nov 2013, along with the car music system is provided but its remote cont roll not given to me at the time of delivery . When I asked for it showroom manager told it is not available now but I found other car owners received it at the time of delivery. Even I requested to manager to make it available for me and I am ready to pay extra charges if applicable but yet I could not receive it. If we are paying the whole amount why can't company provide us the things. Where shall I contact to make a complaint. Was this information helpful? |
