Maruti Suzuki — Not Receiving RC Book in last one year

I purchased Maruti omni Ambulance in June 2014 from Kankariya Motors, authorised dealer of maruti in Ahamednagar (M.S.).After vehicle passing was supplied number plate only and I was told that your RC Book will send by RTO on your address.After few days I enquired and get same answer.in last one year i visited to show room about 20 - 25 times.but i listen fake answers from firm. Today they told that your RC Book was braught from RTO but it is not finding here, so you Make FRI and do the procedure for duplicate RC Book. I told them as I have not received RC Book.from you why should I make complain. So please told firm to give my RC Book.and warn for such careless behavior.. Mrs.Harshada V. Jape.
