Maruti Suzuki — Pathetic Service and delay in New car Registration

We bought a new car Ciaz Zdi which was delivered on the 2nd week of November. It has been more than one month and we have not received the number yet. One month after the submission of the form and completion of other formalities, a sales executive called me and informed that one seal is missing on the form. It has been more than a month and still they have not submitted the form (which after one month they find is incomplete). This is a way in which this particular showroom operates and make a lot of money from the interests on the all the amount submitted by various customers. This is the second time this has happened with us (last year we bought Dzire and faced the same problem from the same showroom) and this time I am planning to take some action against this.
