Dear Sir,
I am owner of Maruti Zen of 2003 model with registration No. JH 01E 9200. The vehicle was given to M/S S K Wheels Pvt. Ltd (Turbhe, Navi Mumbai) on 23.11.2014 for the following work and after completion of work given back to me on 25.11.2014.
(a) Anti Rust Coating
(b) To check and address the noise from the steering
(c) To remove the noise from driving seat door
2. My complaint is as under:
(a) Anti rust coating was done quite carelessly leaving behind the black spots of the paint on all the doors and nearby areas. Probably these areas have not been properly covered before going for the spray paint.
(b) It was advised to me that there is a noise from the rake of the Case Set Assembly . Here I would like to advise that the Case Set Assembly for the Steering was replaced by the company on 26.04.2014. It is surprising that during less that 7 months time the MGP spare part started making noise. The company tries to service the spare and remove the noise but they could not do so and advise me that it was having a warranty of six months only.
(c) The noise from the door has been removed to large extent.
3. Request Maruti Udyog Limited to look in to the matter and address my complaint.
