Maruti Suzuki — poor service received at maruti work shop tr sawhney motors badli delhi

Dear sir this is to update today i have booked my celerio VXI atmt DL8C AH1079 for my scheduled 3 service I have availed the pick and drop service for the same.I have booked my car around 10A.M in swahney motors.and has been picked them by around 1.o clock in afternoon after so many calls and follow ups.at the time of receiving i have checked my car and found that they not washed my car properly neither they polished my car from inside and their were lots of dust lying in inside my car and bonnet.sir wanted to bring in your notice that they have stolen my music pan drive as well.when i have tried to speak to the concern person at store no body was ready to speak with me .Even the G.M of the showroom was so busy that he can not speak with customer.in past also their services was very pathetic .Due to that I have stopped visiting that showroom. Therefore would like to request you kindly take suitable action against the showroom and workshop people. Regards amit kumar singh [protected]
