With ref to our telephone conversation of today I would like
to inform you that I am not satisified with the service and treatment got by
your dealer CHOWGULE INDUSTIES PRIVATE LTD Goa. I am an old customer of your
dealer Chowgules and have exchanged my old Alto to new Wagon R VXI.I am not
happy with their service and I hope the sales persons need training how to deal
with the customers and keep their promises .This is an competition case between
Sai service & Chowgules I had done booking with Sai then Chougules came and
told my husband that they are giving best offers than Sai Services when I ask
them they promised me to give Spoiler etc at the time
of our conversation the sales person did not inform us that the spoiler has to
be painted etc etc. They just got hold of the customer till they get booking
and at the time of delivery of the car they don, t satisfied the customer as per
our needs.The issue lasted for at least 2 hrs till Mr.pankaj solved the
problems and promised to give the spoiler I appreciate his effort in solving
this matter smoothly.Chowgules Sales persons are Mrs Raina Soares & Ms
Asifa Shaikh. Why I came back fm Sai is they said that they are giving better
offer and promise that all accesories will be given and then
fooling us at the time of delivery. otherwise I would have taken the car fm Sai
service. This is just to inform you how your dealers are giving treatment
