We had purchased your product Suzuki Swift DZire ZDI on 13th December 2013 with registration number GJ 01 RE 6161. It was working good till we met a savior accident on 4th April 2014.
After the accident, we submit the car to the Kataria Automobiles PVT. LTD. near Makarba, Ahmedabad. They observed the car and made an estimate on damage around 2.50 lac which was increased to 4.36 lac at the end. We had demanded for the total loss of car and replacement for the same but at Kataria Automobiles PVT. LTD. your staff was so irresponsible and they did not listened to our complaints. After the services we got re-delivery of the car but till the date we are facing various problems in the car. We also complained to the Kataria Automobiles PVT. LTD. service station for the problems we are facing after the services but they didn't listen. And still they are demanding money for the services whereas it's their mistake that they didn't worked properly and our car is still in the service station.
The main purpose of this mail is to draw your attention towards our problem and do the needful. Because of the companies' delays and inappropriate behavior, we are facing so many problems. Was this information helpful? |
